Description : PPP in Cardiff Bay at the International Pool allows us to take advantage of the fantastic facilities this site has to offer. The physio's are the same experienced physio's from PPP in Penarth who also work for the Wales Football Team and the Cardiff Blues rugby team. They also specialise in back and neck pain and work with the Spinal Surgeons in the Cardiff and Vale Orthopaedic Centre. All PPP physio's are a minimum of 8 years qualified with Post Graduate Qualifications at Masters level in physio so you can be assured that you are getting the best possible evidence based assessment and treatment.

Specialities : Sports injuries, back and neck pain, whiplash, chronic pain, degenerate joint (OA) pain, overuse and repetative strain injuries, pelvic pain and dysfunction and pre and post natal pain.
