If you have an unsatisfactory experience with a Physio to whom we have referred you, we will refund the fee you paid the Physiotherapist for your initial consultation. We are confident that your appointment with a Physio will meet your expectations because we listen very carefully to customer feedback and quickly exclude any Physio receiving less than glowing reports from our referral base. All patients using this service are asked for feedback after their initial appointment and take all the views expressed into account. This feedback enables us to continually improve the quality of service for patients.

If you have a unsatisfactory experience with a Physio to whom we refer you, simply write to us explaining why you are unhappy and enclosing a copy of your receipt from the Physiotherapist.
